We Have Answers...

Do I need to be home when the delivery arrives?

YES, due to the coronavirus our Wagoneer will transport your order which was gathered specifically for you by a knowledgeable Summit Produce Staff member and deliver it to you.  Our Wagoneer will call or text you upon their arrival and you can gather your items from the truck of their car.  This will ensure that our Wagoneers maintains safe distancing inside their car and that no additional "touching/handling" of items have occurred.

If I am not home, what will happen to my order?

If you are not home when your order arrives, our Wagoneers will leave you a voice message and return your order to Summit Produce.  Please call 314.477.4372 to either arrange for curbside pick up time or for another delivery.

If the produce is not acceptable, what do i do?

We guarantee to deliver the freshest and most pristine produce available from Summit Produce to our patrons and supporters within the Kirkwood community.  If produce is delivered with any damage, return the produce with the receipt to Summit Produce for a substitution or replacement.

What are your hours of delivery?

We will begin making deliveries about 4:00pm and will continue until all are delivered.  Hopefully we are done by 6:30pm

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, $4.00!  We are a 501 3c (not-for-profit organization). Delivery fees collected will go to group events for our wagoneer team along with our overhead costs that are incurred.

Do you accept tips?

Tips for Deliveries - Yes!  We are a 501 3c (not-for-profit organization).  Tips collected will go to group events for our Wagoneers along with our overhead costs that are incurred.

Tips for Pickups - Yes!  Tips collected will go to the Summit Produce Employees.  if you wish to support Waigand Wheels mission, you may make a donation 

When I arrive at Summit Produce to pickup my order, What do I do?

Upon your arrival at Summit Produce, please park in one of the designated spots (by the cashiers) and HONK 2x.  One of the Summit Produce employees will bring your order directly to your vehicle.  If there is no response after 2 minutes, please HONK again 2x.
