Our partnership with Pioneer Bakery Café allows Wagoneers to be part of something bigger than a delivery—they’re supporting a mission-driven business that’s already changing lives through its Step Up Program, a training initiative for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Wagoneers assist Pioneer Bakery with preparing and delivering box lunches. They package orders, check for accuracy, and distribute meals to customers. Each step reinforces skills in organization, logistics, and customer engagement. On delivery runs, Wagoneers connect with customers face-to-face, practicing communication and professionalism while representing both Waigand Wheels and Pioneer Bakery with pride.
